Children’s Dress-Up Parade

Join the Second Annual Children’s Dress-Up Parade at 9 am at the First National Bank Plaza! Walk from there to Musser Library wearing red, white, and blue; a superhero costume; storybook character costume; or whatever! At the library we will hand out free popsicles and a free paperback book to children. Release forms are located in the Musser Library information kiosk.
