The Iowa Department of Natural Resources is proposing to issue one air construction permit to Grain Processing Corporation under Project 24-235.  The public viewing period starts Wednesday, November 26, 2025 and ends on Saturday, December 27, 2025. 

A public notice on the project will be published in the Muscatine Journal on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. Please make these documents available for public viewing until January 27, 2026.
