July 4th morning Kids Parade

Everyone is welcome to BE the parade! Meet at the City Parking Lot across from Pearl Plaza, at 9 am. Dress in red, white and blue; or as your favorite character; or just come as you are! We will walk down 2nd Street together to Musser Library for a free book, a popsicle, and sidewalk chalk in the library parking lot.
