Active fun and learning targeted at children ages 4 through 8 plus their families. We start with a good, solid snack, enjoy one book or story, then jump into hands-on activities. Sparkplugs runs in 6-week sessions, all based on a “Big Idea,” followed by a two-week break. Today’s program features the book “Rain Fish” by artist Lois Ehlert. Get ready to construct your own “fish” out of natural found objects, then see if they float.
