U of Iowa Devonian Dig: The University of Iowa’s Natural History Museum brings a mock fossil dig of Devonian specimens for us to try. Sparkplugs is geared towards children ages 4-8 plus any family members who wish to attend. We begin with a healthy snack, followed by a story or book, then a hands-on activity for the entire family to enjoy.
